Golden Circle (Blc. Goldenzelle x Slc. Circle of Life) is one of my most reliable breeding plants. The cultivar name 'OPRL' stands for Orange Petals Red Lip. 'OPRL' imparts good size, shape, color and twice-a-year flowering. The flowers of Memoria Irene Feil (Slc. Pink Doll x Pot. Odom's Sweetheart) are a bright red with darker-red lips. I have yet to see a cross from Golden Circle that was not impressive! With this pairing we are looking for red flower color with dark burgundy-red lips to prevail in the offspring. Flower shape will be round with flat petals. Plants will stay on the small side but not quite small enough to be called a mini-Catt.
